Job Description

Customer Handling: Assist customers in selecting jewellery, explain product details, and provide excellent service to enhance the buying experience.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet daily/monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.

Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products, pricing, and offers.

Billing & Inventory Support: Assist in billing, stock handling, display arrangement, and maintaining showroom cleanliness.

Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with customers and handle queries or complaints professionally.
