Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)Role Overview:The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to expand the company’s customer base.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and sales plans
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the organization
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on sales performance
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
