Guest Relations Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to manage guest experience and ensure excellent hospitality standards at Hong Sau Resort. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, resolving guest concerns, coordinating with internal departments, and creating a memorable experience for all visitors.

• Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Ensure smooth guest experience throughout the stay
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and front office teams
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Assist in room allocation and reservation coordination
• Follow up with guests for feedback and reviews
• Maintain proper guest records and communication logs
• Support resort events, group bookings, and activities when required
• Ensure grooming, professionalism, and positive attitude at all times
• Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly approach
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in hospitality/resort/hotel industry preferred
• Freshers with good communication and confidence can also apply
• Ability to handle guests calmly and professionally
