Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Follow up with leads regularly and manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers and candidates with 6 months to years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition can apply.
