Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Business OperationsManage overall business operations across departments.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, HR, and Customer Support.
• Monitor daily operational performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce process delays.
• Ensure timely execution of business activities.

Sales & Revenue Operations

• Monitor sales targets and team performance.
• Coordinate with Sales Team Leaders and Inside Sales Executives.
• Review daily sales reports, lead conversions, and pipeline status.
• Identify operational issues affecting revenue.
• Ensure proper follow-up systems are maintained.

Production & Inventory

• Coordinate with the manufacturing unit regarding production planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
• Ensure proper communication between production and sales teams.
• Minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.

Logistics & Dispatch

• Monitor order processing and dispatch timelines.
• Coordinate with courier and transport partners.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
• Resolve logistics-related issues.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Automate repetitive business processes where possible.
• Reduce operational costs without compromising quality.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting systems.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor department heads and team leaders.
• Conduct regular performance reviews.
• Train employees on operational processes.
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Business Reports.
• Analyze sales, expenses, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Present reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions.
