Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, honest, and dedicated Team Member to join our café. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders politely and efficiently
Serve food and beverages with a smile
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café at all times
Assist in food preparation and table service as needed
Handle customer queries or complaints calmly and professionally
Operate the billing/cash register system when required
Restock supplies and help with inventory when necessary
Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
Requirements:
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred)
Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
Honest, reliable, and willing to learn
Ability to work in a team and handle multitasking
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if needed.
