## About the Role

We are hiring Call Center Executives (CCEs) for our central patient contact team serving Apollo Dental clinics across East Bangalore. You will be the first voice patients hear when they call us — handling appointment bookings, answering queries, and guiding them to the right clinic.

This is a **7-day rotational shift** role based at our central office. Training will be provided.

## Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls from patients and book dental appointments

- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups

- Enter patient details accurately into our clinic management software

- Respond to patient queries about clinic timings, locations, and services

- Coordinate with clinic front-desk teams for smooth patient handovers

- Maintain call logs and meet daily call handling targets

## Who We Are Looking For

### Must Have

- Fluent in **Kannada and English** (spoken)

- Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate

- Clear voice and polite telephone manner

- Comfortable using computers (basic typing, MS Office, CRM software)

- Willing to work in rotational shifts including weekends

- Able to travel to Sarjapur Road office daily

### Good to Have

- 6 months – 2 years experience in telecalling, customer service, hospital front desk, or BPO

- Additional languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam

- Prior experience in healthcare, dental, or hospital industry

## Shift Timings

- **Morning Shift:** 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- **Evening Shift:** 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

- *One day off per week on rotation*
