Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused 2nd Hand Car Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable used cars based on their needs and budget.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and warranties.
• Generate leads through social media, referrals, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and field marketing.
• Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers.
• Negotiate prices and close sales professionally.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and documentation teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile or used car sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for automobiles and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle financing and insurance is an advantage.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with social media and online lead generation.
• Valid driving license preferred.
