Career counsellor
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and guide them to choose the right courses
- Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and meetings
- Support students during admission and on-boarding
- Maintain student details and follow-ups in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student issues
- Help generate leads and increase enrollments
- Need English, Telugu, Kannada (Basic)(Optional)
- Work from office
