1. Personal Care SupportAssist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Support mobility, including transferring, walking, and positioning
• Ensure proper hygiene and comfort of the elderly client

2. Medication AssistanceRemind and assist clients in taking prescribed medications as per schedule

• Maintain medication records (if required)
• Report any side effects or health concerns to family or supervisor

3. Health MonitoringMonitor vital signs (BP, sugar, pulse, temperature) if trained

• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition
• Assist in basic exercises as prescribed by a doctor/physiotherapist

4. Nutrition & Meal SupportPrepare meals according to dietary requirements

• Assist with feeding if required
• Ensure adequate hydration throughout the day

5. Companionship & Emotional SupportProvide companionship and emotional comfort

• Engage the elderly in conversations and light recreational activities
• Encourage social interaction where appropriate

6. Household AssistanceMaintain cleanliness of the client’s room and surroundings

• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, organizing, etc.)
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment

7. Safety & Emergency HandlingIdentify and prevent fall risks

• Handle emergencies calmly and inform family/supervisor immediately
• Follow safety protocols at all times

8. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily care reports

• Communicate regularly with family members or agency
• Follow company SOPs and ethical standards
