Job Description

  • Processing customer orders and payments accurately.
  • Providing excellent customer service and answering guest inquiries.
  • Operating the POS system and balancing cash drawers.
  • Coordinating with kitchen staff for takeout or pickup orders.
  • Maintaining cleanliness at the counter and front-of-house areas
  • Cash Handling & Accuracy – Evaluate their ability to balance cash drawers, provide correct change, and minimize transaction errors.
  • Customer Service & Communication – Assess their skills in greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues politely and efficiently.
  • Order Management & Coordination – Check how well they handle takeout orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, and maintain order accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail & Speed – Ensure they can work efficiently during rush hours while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.
