Job Description
Front Desk & Customer Service
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and parents warmly.
• Explain play area packages, safety rules, membership plans, and activity schedules.
• Handle entry ticketing, billing, and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Sales & Business Development
• Promote membership packages, event bookings, and café offers to customers.
• Convert walk-in customers into repeat visitors or members.
• Handle birthday parties, school visits, and group booking inquiries, including quotation creation.
• Meet monthly sales and booking targets.
Events & Coordination
• Assist in setting up and coordinating parties or events.
• Work closely with the play area and café teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Follow up with potential leads for party or activity bookings.
Operations & Reporting
• Maintain daily sales and customer footfall records.
• Manage customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support marketing activities like distributing flyers or handling online inquiries.
