Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Maintain quality standards during manufacturing processes.
- Check raw materials and finished products for defects.
- Follow safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness in the production area.
- Record production data and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to reduce downtime.
- Support inventory and material handling activities.
- Help improve productivity and reduce wastage.
