Dr. Paws is reinventing pet care in Bengaluru, and we’re looking for a high-energy Center Manager to be the heart of our operations. If you love pets as much as you love hitting targets, this is your stage.

Mission

• You aren’t just managing a clinic; you’re running a premium pet experience.
• You’ll lead the team, grow the business, and ensure every pet parent leaves happier than they arrived.
• Own the vibe. From a seamless check-in to a "fear-free" exam, you make sure the clinic feels like home.
• Lead, train, and inspire a diverse crew of groomers, technicians, and support staff.
• Keep the engine humming—inventory, scheduling, hygiene audits, and digital records.

Requirements:

• Need a genuine animal lover (fur on your clothes is a badge of honor).
• 2–4 years leading a high-end store or center.
• Need to know the local pulse and how to talk to the city's tech-forward pet parents.
