Job DescriptionWe are hiring Chat Process Executives to provide prompt and professional customer support through chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, a customer-first approach, and experience handling customer queries in a chat support environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in a Chat Support/Customer Support process.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed and multitasking ability.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
