Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound chats from international customers
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Meet quality standards and performance metrics (KPI/SLAs)
