Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor daily progress and report to senior management
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Manage material requirements and ensure proper usage
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure timely completion of work within budget
• Support billing, BOQ verification, and measurements
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / construction software
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Time management and multitasking ability
