Your Role:

• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support successful implementation of the strategic plan in collaboration with team members.
• Monitor and manage the project schedule to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, making necessary adjustments and directing project resources accordingly.
• Define, collect, and monitor implementation metrics, including key performance indicators, fidelity, and efficacy metrics.
• Use data and metrics to inform project planning and to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Identify, report, and resolve project issues.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks.
• Provide expertise in best practices related to project management, resource allocation, problem solving, and process development.
• Work cooperatively with the cofounders and all stakeholders to create sustainable infrastructures and practices that are embedded in practice and institutionalized at every level of the organization.
• Identify the project scope of requirement, analysis and execution of project
• Participation in product design reviews to understand the design specification of the product, its architecture and implementation details
• Depth understanding of product functionality and its architecture is necessary to design high quality product and for making recommendations for product improvement.
• Technical communication with other teams, Developers, and end customers to continuously improve the quality of the product.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Design and develop Product from requirement understanding to product release

Skills required

• Required very good experience of Developing Schedules, Time Estimating, Cost Estimating, Planning and Defining Scope, Documentation, Creating Charts and Schedules, Risk Analysis, Managing Risks and Issues, Monitoring and Reporting Progress
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills and organized presentation skills.
• Required very good experience of Team Leadership and Management of Resources.
• Required very good experience of Customer communications over Phone/Skype Call, chat and over Email.
• Good hands on Project management tools.
• Good general IT skills - MS office, Visio, etc

Experience:

• project management: 2years (Required) and above
• technical: 2 years (Required) and above

Ability to Commute:

• Jigani, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Jigani, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (Required)
