Job Description
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Carpool Sales Executive to promote and grow our carpooling services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, onboarding users, building corporate partnerships, and increasing carpool adoption. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's carpooling services to individual and corporate customers.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the carpool platform and its benefits.
- Onboard new users and assist them with registration and service usage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, residential communities, and business parks.
- Achieve monthly sales and user acquisition targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active users.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the operations team.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or mobility services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field activities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in transportation, mobility, ride-sharing, carpooling, or logistics industries.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of corporate sales and partnership development.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- New user registrations and activations.
- Corporate partnerships acquired.
- Monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Customer retention and engagement rates.
- Lead conversion ratio.
