We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Relationship Manager to drive real estate portfolio growth, manage high-net-worth client relationships, and deliver strategic asset liquidation solutions. This role bridges traditional field operations with digital platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Manage individual real estate portfolios and provide structured asset liquidation solutions.
- Client Relations: Build lasting client relationships and consistently develop their investment portfolios.
- Network Building: Establish, manage, and nurture a robust network of real estate developers and builders.
- Revenue Generation: Drive organizational growth by meeting specific sales targets and business revenue streams.
- Strategic Alignment: Execute operational goals aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
- Digital Expansion: Explore and scale portfolio-building opportunities across both field operations and digital platforms.
Role Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (additional certifications or advanced degrees preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in relationship management, real estate, or financial services.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategy: Proactive thinker capable of identifying market opportunities and driving initiatives to fruition.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to self-motivate and inspire team members.
- Tech Skills: High proficiency in MS Office Suite and operational familiarity with CRM software.
