Responsibilities: Lead Generation II Customer Service • Handling both clients & vendors to finish projects in smooth way •Managing customer complaints and problem-solving • Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Inform clients of newly available services or updates to existing ones • Manage Filing Documentation • Other Office Work Related To The Business • Knowledge Of Computer, Good Typing Speed (20 WPM) Is Also Desired. • Inform Customers About Company's Products/Services And Offers • Manage Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner • Identify Customers’ Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information Whenever Possible • Effectively Perform Cold Emailing To Target Prospects In Defined Geographies • Negotiate Price, Payment Terms, Lead Time And Get Orders • Cold Calling Prospects• need to travel to meet clients & vendors
