Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new leads through field visits, references, and digital platforms
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and closing processes
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales reports
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
