Job Description

We are seeking a confident and results-driven B2B Telecalling Executive to connect with decision-makers across organizations and institutions, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales team in promoting our premium institutional services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and experience interacting with senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and other target accounts.
  • Identify key decision-makers and introduce the company's premium institutional services.
  • Generate and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective institutional clients.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback from customer interactions.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B telecalling, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred ExperienceExperience selling premium services, consulting, training programs, education services, SaaS solutions, healthcare services, or institutional offerings.
  • Proven track record in appointment setting and lead conversion.
  • Exposure to corporate or institutional sales environments.
