Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The role entails identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, maintaining effective communication, and driving business growth. The role will also involve supporting strategies to strengthen the organization’s market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing, events, and referrals
  • Counsel prospective students about stock market courses, workshops, and mentorship programs
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Conduct telephonic, WhatsApp, and in-person counselling sessions
  • Maintain and update lead details in CRM
  • Follow up with interested leads and close enrollments within timelines
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding of students
  • Attend seminars, demo sessions, webinars, and events when required
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust




Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and client relationship management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of business operations and market analysis
  • A proactive attitude and an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial or education sector is an advantage
