Requirements ●

Own 2-wheeler with valid documents

● A valid Driving License

● Good communication skills(English)

● Basic computer operating skills

● Basic ability to operate through a mobile App

● Good operational knowledge of Google Map

● Good knowledge of main localities of Bangalore is preferred

Roles & responsibilities 

● Collecting details of an assigned residential property/project. Collecting marketable photographs, getting measurements of the floor plan via a laser measuring device, uploading all the details in the portal, generating floor-plan based upon the measurements taken via a simple software. 

● Managing and executing the site inspection by potential buyers for various units all across Bangalore. Navigating them to the site location, showcasing the properties, educating them, collecting feedback, updating it into the mobile App, communicating the details to respective RMs. 

● Visits across Bangalore as required for collecting and delivering of documents 

Remuneration CTC: greater than INR 2.52 Lacs / Annum : 2.52 Lacs (fixed) + Monthly Incentives (upto INR 15000 and above) + Fuel reimbursement + Fixed bike maintenance allowance + performance based bonus. 

1. Weekends(i.e., Saturday & Sundays) are working days. They are usually the busiest. 

2. First 2 months mandatory probation period with no paid leaves apart from week-offs and company holidays. 

3. 6 days/week office for Level I, II and Level III trainees, with 1 day week-off on any fixed day of the week. 

4. Total 30 days paid leaves in a year.

 5. Minimum Office hours: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM (9 hours each work-day). 

6. Additional incentives for over-time.
