Job Description
key roles and responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs, goals, and preferences
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust
Client Support & Problem Resolution:
- Address client queries and concerns promptly
- Resolve complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Key Skills Required:
- Need to build a rapport with the client
- Understanding the member choice, Expectations identifying the uniqueness of the member.
- Searching, Screening, Short listing, Establishing Contact, Initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
- Providing the right experience and delivering quality service
- ability to understand the customer requirements
- Maintain faithful relationship with client.
