Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Executive to manage client interactions, handle inquiries, and convert leads into customers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential clients.
Explain company services clearly to clients.
Convert inquiries into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle client queries and provide prompt support
Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English + Any language preferred).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).
