Clinic Assistant

Location: JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for:A smart, energetic, and responsible clinic assistant to join our healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, punctual, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• Responsibilities:Welcome and assist patients professionally.
• Handle patient appointments and follow-up calls.
• Manage front desk operations smoothly.
• Perform billing using clinic software (consultation, medicines, etc.).
• Maintain basic accounts and daily records.
• Coordinate with doctors and staff for patient flow.
• generate good reviews
• help in regular posting and managing company platforms
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the reception area.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries.
• Requirements:Fluent in Kannada and English.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi.
• Basic computer skills (billing, MS Office, email, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Previous experience in a clinic or hospital is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates with basic sales or patient counselling skills will have an added advantage.

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
