Job Title: CNC Machining Operator Trainee (CAM & CNC Operations)
Location: Vidyaranayapura, Bangalore

About the RoleWe are hiring a CNC Machining Operator Trainee to support our ice sculpture carving operations. This role is ideal for freshers with a mechanical background who are interested in CAM programming, G-code generation, and CNC machine operations.
The selected candidate will be trained to convert designs into machine-ready programs and assist in CNC production activities. When CNC work is not available, the candidate will also support general production tasks.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate G-code using CAM software based on provided designs and models
- Set up and operate CNC machines for ice sculpture carving
- Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth production
- Assist with machine handling, basic troubleshooting, and process support
- Support production and workshop activities when CNC machine work is not available
- Follow safety, quality, and operating procedures at all times
- Eligibility CriteriaFresher
- ITI or Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Basic understanding of CNC machining and mechanical drawings is preferred
- Interest in CAM, CNC programming, and machine operations
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
- Compensation & BenefitsSalary during training (first 3 months): ₹12,000 per month
- Post confirmation salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- PF and ESI applicable
