Job Profile: Collection Coordinator


Job Summary:

The Collection Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with booking offices to ensure timely collection updates, clearing pending cases, and maintaining regular follow-ups for smooth operational and payment processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Call booking offices daily to follow up on pending collections and outstanding cases.


Maintain regular communication to ensure timely resolution of payment-related issues.


Track and update collection status in the system.


Escalate unresolved matters to the concerned team.


Prepare daily reports on pending and closed cases.


Build strong relationships with booking office representatives.
