Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Executive to manage outstanding accounts and ensure timely recovery of payments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally while maintaining company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates in the system
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements within company guidelines
• Resolve billing issues and disputes by coordinating with internals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to details

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in collections, customer service, or BPO.

Salary: 17,000 - 22,000

Shift: Day Shift
