Job Description

  1. Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the effective and timely collection of overdue payments on home loans.
  2. You will be responsible for interacting with borrowers, implementing collection strategies, and working towards achieving recovery targets.
  3. Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of borrower interactions, payment arrangements, and any other relevant information.
  5. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
