Collection/Recovery Manager

The Area Collection Manager is responsible for managing collection operations across assigned branches/locations, ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts, reducing delinquency levels, and achieving collection targets. The role involves team handling, field monitoring, and maintaining portfolio quality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage collection activities for the assigned area/branches.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up.
• Lead and guide collection executives and field staff.
• Conduct regular branch visits and field reviews.
• Ensure reduction in delinquency and bucket movement.
• Handle escalated customer cases and settlement discussions.
• Maintain portfolio quality as per company standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for better recovery management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Train and motivate collection team members for performance improvement.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in collections, recovery, or BFSI sector preferred.
