Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage a team responsible for collections from Credit Cards, Banking & Loans.

  • Oversee daily operations to achieve targets and reduce delinquency rates.

  • Develop strategies to minimize shrinkage and attrition through effective team motivation.

  • Prepare daily reports on collection progress, dialer activity, and team performance.

  • Ensure compliance with DRA certification requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 2-7 years of experience in credit card collection, banking collection, debt collection, loan collection, or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of Collections Process, Credit Collection, Debt Collection, Loan Collection, Collections Strategy, Dra Certified.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective team leading and customer interactions.
