Job Description
- 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls from employees regarding payroll, company policies, benefits, leave management, onboarding, and basic IT-HR portal troubleshooting.
- Case Management: Log, track, and manage all employee queries in an HR CRM or ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Zendesk).
- Policy Explanation: Guide employees through company handbooks, medical insurance details, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Data Verification: Verify employee identity and update basic HR information system (HRIS) records as needed.
- Escalation Handling: Identify complex queries (e.g., severe grievance issues, complex payroll discrepancies) and route them to tier-2 HR specialists or subject matter experts.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily operational targets, including Average Handling Time (AHT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
