Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact customers regarding overdue payments through calls and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and resolve payment-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and escalations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during collections.


Required Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in local language (Kannada) and basic English.
