Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Telecalling Advisors to promote Muthoot Finance products through outbound and inbound calls. The role focuses on lead conversion, customer engagement, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain financial products
• Handle inbound customer queries and convert leads into sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and call records
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful closures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and calling procedures

• Education: Above 10th standard (mandatory)
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge
