Job Description
College Coordinator:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize campus hiring drives in colleges.
- Plan and conduct career guidance sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Build and maintain relationships with placement officers and college management.
- Identify and connect with new colleges for campus partnerships.
- Maintain records of college partnerships, workshops, and campus activities.
- Coordinate and actively participate in college drives, workshops, seminars, and campus engagement activities.
- Represent 10000Coders during campus drives, workshops, career guidance sessions, and other official events.
- Be willing to travel across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and other states as required for campus drives, workshops, and official assignments. Official travel expenses incurred for approved business travel will be reimbursed by the company as per the company travel policy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campus recruitment and engagement initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and support organizational initiatives whenever required.
