Community Representative

Role Overview: As a Community Representative, you are the face of GoNanny on the ground. Your mission is to build the "village" that urban India is missing by connecting with residents in high-density micro-markets, such as premium gated communities and housing societies. You will drive growth by identifying both families in need of reliable child care and skilled nannies seeking professional employment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Field Outreach: Perform daily on-field visits to assigned housing societies, RWAs, and community hubs to promote GoNanny services.

● Demand Generation: Identify and engage with dual-income nuclear families to understand their childcare challenges and generate parent leads.

● Supply Sourcing: Scout and connect with nannies working in the local area to build our supply base through trusted community networks.

● Marketing Distribution: Distribute company flyers and promotional materials within target communities and high-traffic areas as needed.

● Relationship Management: Build trust within local communities to facilitate hyper-local activation and high-trust referrals.

● Daily Reporting: Document all interactions and share verified leads for both parents and nannies with the reporting manager on a daily basis.
