Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Confectionery Staff with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in confectionery manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day confectionery production operations.
- Prepare and process confectionery products according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and GMP standards throughout production.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Train and supervise production staff.
- Maintain production records and inventory of raw materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
