Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth site operations.  

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and monitor labor productivity and subcontractor performance.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate material deliveries and maintain site inventory.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure quality control of all executed works.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct site inspections and identify construction issues.

•⁠ ⁠Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with engineers, consultants, vendors, and clients.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor project schedules and assist in achieving milestone targets.

•⁠ ⁠Verify measurements and assist with billing and work certifications.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain site documentation, records, and attendance registers.

•⁠ ⁠Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), structural drawings, and reinforcement detailing.

•⁠ ⁠Leadership and manpower management.
