Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare North Indian dishes like Dal, Sabji, Paneer, Chole, Rajma, etc.
  • Maintain consistent taste, quality, and portion size
  • Follow standard recipes (SOP) strictly
  • Handle daily kitchen operations independently
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen area
  • Manage raw material usage and reduce wastage
  • Coordinate with helper staff and ensure timely order preparation
