Job Description
- Identify and develop new corporate clients for real estate sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, investors, and channel partners
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and meetings
- Present and promote residential/commercial real estate projects to corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property solutions
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of real estate market trends
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
