Job Description
We are looking for a energetic Sales Executive to join our team at Estaa Sweets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our wide range of sweets and snacks, and ensuring a great in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
Explain different sweets, offers, and combos to customers
Promote high-value products and increase sales
Handle billing and cash transactions (if required)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store
Ensure proper display and arrangement of sweets
Support team during peak hours and bulk orders
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / Intermediate
Prior experience in retail / sweet shop is a plus
Good communication skills (Kannada/ Hindi / Basic English)
Active, and customer-focused
Willing to work in shifts, weekends & festivals
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
Food / accommodation
4 days off for month
