Job Description
Check customer’s credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements2. Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices3. Develop the credit control system in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and company executives4. Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal procedures if necessary5. Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment6. Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices7. Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems8. Providing accounts information to internal departments9. Handling court cases and attending hearings.
