*Qualification: Graduate

*Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate CRM/Sales preferred

*Salary: Upto 8L PA + Attractive Incentives


 Responsibilities:

✓ Handle inbound leads, site visit scheduling, and follow-ups with potential buyers  

✓ Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation clearly  

✓ Coordinate with sales team for site visits and closing deals  

✓ Maintain daily CRM entries, call logs, and lead status in system  

✓ Share regular updates with clients on project status and milestones  

✓ Coordinate with banks for loan process and documentation support   

✓ Achieve monthly targets for conversions and collections
