Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Banking Process📍 Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

🏢 Company: Teleperformance Global Services Private Limited

💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month

⏰ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

  • Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for banking-related queries.
  • Assist customers with banking products and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
  • Follow up with customers whenever required.
  • Achieve daily quality and productivity targets.
  • Ensure professional and courteous communication on every call.
  • Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident and professional speaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
