Job Description – Customer Care Executive (Internship Program)Program Duration: 6 Months (Government Certified Training)

Location: Nearest Branch

Stipend:

• ₹10,000 per month (First 3 months)
• ₹14,000 per month (Next 3 months)

Post-Internship Opportunity:

Upon successful completion of the 6-month program, interns will be promoted to On-roll Customer Care Executive with:

• ₹23,000 CTC + Performance-based Variables

About the ProgramThis internship aims to provide practical exposure and hands-on training in customer engagement, retention, communication skills, and branch-level operations. Interns will receive government-certified training and real-time experience in customer service processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to inactive customers to re-engage and support retention.
• Contact existing and old customers, understand their concerns, and offer attractive services/offers to re-activate accounts.
• Maintain daily call logs and update customer interaction details in the system.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and branch-level processes.
• Assist customers with queries, service requests, and grievance redressal.
• Support branch teams during customer engagement and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution of customer issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication standards.
• Follow all compliance, data privacy, and operational guidelines.
• Eligibility CriteriaFresh graduates / pursuing final year students (Any Stream).
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language).
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
• Customer-centric approach and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling in a structured environment.
