Role Overview:

Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
  • Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolution
  • Share accurate information about products, services, or processes
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required
