Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Sales Process)

We are hiring dedicated and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Care Executive for both Voice and Sales processes. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in any two South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle queries efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Age: 18 to 30 years.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with timely resolution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and operational guidelines.
